Our Status
The organization is a member of the civil society and a non-profit organization. It is known as the “Center for Budget and Macroeconomic Transparency” which is abbreviated as “CBMT”.
Vision Statement
A Gambia where public understanding of government finance and the economy is advanced, and where public development initiatives and service delivery are fully transparent, inclusive, purposeful, sustainable, and optimal.
Mission Statement
To promote transparency and public participation in nation building through budget and macroeconomic research and education, advocacy, and community engagement.
