The organization is a member of the civil society and a non-profit organization. It is known as the “Center for Budget and Macroeconomic Transparency” which is abbreviated as “CBMT”.
Vision Statement
To ensure that everyone understands and takes a
proactive interest in the budget processes, budget documents, and
macroeconomic structure of The Gambia, for inclusive economic
development.
Mission Statement
Promoting budget and macroeconomic research and
awareness.
